Originally from Toronto, my husband is from Hamilton. But it took moving out west for the two of us to meet. We have two great kids, and a niece who also loves the west. The military brought us from Edmonton in 2000, since then we have made this home. I have a background of relocating, and understand adventures involved with new places. Originally from Wildwood (southeast of Vermilion), I spent fifteen years working as a millwright (industrial mechanic) in the resource industry of Northern Alberta before going back to school to get my Computer Science degree. The next dozen years were spent travelling and working extensively across Canada, the United States, and as far away as South Korea as an Information Management Consultant.
My wife, Maureen and I now make Wainwright our home where she continues to teach, and I look forward to working with you all, sharing my experience, or simply a visit.
